This is our goal as this is what I would hope to expect when I have some repair work done for me whether its work done on a car, boat, house or any other thing that I'm paying for. It's very frustrating when you have a question and you cant get a straight answer, or even a call back from an insurance company or the person doing the work for you. This bothers me the most I can't stand it. I will not let this happen to you!
